Nathan Liu is the CTO and Co-Founder of The Master Collective, where he is responsible for building the secure, scalable technology platform and leading the engineering teams with a culture of technical excellence. With over a decade of extensive AI and FinTech leadership experience, Nathan has a proven track record in developing complex payment systems and cutting-edge banking solutions. His key achievements include serving as CTO for Parpera, where he built Australia's first Banking-as-a-Service Neo-bank, and as CTO for Zeux, where he delivered real-time, zero-fee crypto payments. Leveraging his expertise in solution architecture, microservices, C#, .NET Core, and AWS, Nathan ensures The Master Collective's AI matching technology is built on a robust, future-proof foundation.

Marc Flohr
Marc Flohr is an entrepreneur and private investor with a long track record in international real estate, healthcare infrastructure and early-stage investments in scalable businesses with the potential to disrupt their industry. He is Co-Founder and CFO of Pansanté, a Swiss company developing hospitals and medical facilities across Europe, Africa, LATAM and the United States, and he invests through his family office, Mingenta, which focuses on long-term, asset-backed opportunities and relationship-based capital partnerships.
He has worked with family offices and institutional capital for many years, often helping shape projects so they can attract the right partners and financing. Beyond healthcare, he serves on advisory boards in hospitality, infrastructure and technology, always with the same principle: patient capital, quality over volume, and trusted alignment between stakeholders.
