As a Principal at Mingenta Family Office and Shareholder at PANSANTÉ Healthcare, she has spent her career navigating complex international negotiations and shaping large-scale projects across Europe, Africa, and South America.

Crucially, Janine’s approach to leadership is backed by an intricate understanding of human performance. An expert in neurobiology and a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, she combines institutional precision with cognitive science to build high-trust, elite environments designed for rapid, sustainable growth.

In her strategic role at Master Collective, Janine will lead our engagement with the world’s top-tier academic institutions. Her mission is to build a unified, global pipeline that transitions deep-tech, AI, life sciences, and enterprise software projects from elite university ecosystems straight into the Master Collective platform.
